Las Vegas Convention Center
On November 2009 the Las Vegas Convention Center's website [2] had a listing for BlizzCon 2010 in Las Vegas from July 30th to 31st. As soon as this caught the eyes of media, Blizzard denied that the event will take place in Vegas and the listing from LVCC's website was later dropped. Bad marketing move from the LVCC apparently.

As we haven't announced any details about the next BlizzCon, we can say it won't be held in Las Vegas.
While BlizzCon 2009 had about 20,000 attendants, BlizzCon 2010 listing on LVCC's site was mentioning 30,000 attendants, hopefully that number will at least stay the same if not go up.
Tickets
Last year, on BlizzCon 2009 we saw a $25 increase in ticket's price, this year it is time for another increase making a total of $150 for each ticket.
The BlizzCon 2010 tickets will go on sale worldwide on Wednesday, June 2 at 7 p.m. Pacific time for $150 each, with a second block of tickets going on sale Saturday, June 5 at 10 a.m. Pacific time.
The same queue system will be used to sell the tickets through Blizzard Store, but this time a Battle.Net account will be required to purchase a ticket.
Host
On February 4, 2010 Jay Mohr tweeted[3] "i AM HOSTING BLIZZ CON!!!" half an hour later the tweet was deleted. Unless they fire him, he will probably be hosting BlizzCon 2010 just like the past three BlizzCons, but it's nothing official yet.
Internet Broadcast
For those unable to attend, DIRECTV will once again be televising BlizzCon in high definition as a Pay Per View event, featuring coverage from the show floor, exclusive interviews, demos, and more. In addition, players around the world will be able to purchase the Pay Per View event as a multichannel Internet stream for $39.95 each, allowing viewers online to switch between coverage of multiple panels and activities during the show.
Date
BlizzPlanet.com is credible enough to mention what they predict about Blizzcon 2010.
[...] I think this is THE year Blizzard announces their new MMO. What better way to go into the end of your fiscal year knocking the wind out of the sails of Bioware and Star Wars: The Old Republic then to announce the MMO that people are going to more than likely flock to in 2-3 years when it finally gets released?
On February 3, 2010, it was publicized that Anaheim Convention Center on California had a listing[4] on their events page of BlizzCon 2010 for October 22-23, 2010. Later there was a response by Blizzard regarding that matter:
